A native from Maryland, Bruce moved to Arizona in 1980 and started his real estate career in 2003. With a back ground in customer service, Bruce has received the highest level of customer service award for three years straight from Century 21, along with becoming a Centurion award winner in 2005. A member of the Knights of Columbus, Dad's group at Chandler CTA, and an ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) holder, Bruce continues to help shape the future vision of "Team Moose", along with overseeing all transactions. Bruce, his wife Melissa of 13 years, live in Chandler along with their 4 children, ages 15 to 9.

A native from Iowa, Roger moved to Phoenix from San Diego in 1996 after finishing up a 5 1/2 year career in the U.S. Navy. After spending the last 10 years in the rental car industry, Roger got his real estate license in March, 2006, and immediately took over the Team Manager position as "Team Moose" became a reality. An ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) holder, Roger is responsible for the day to day operations, coordinating all referral leads and marketing efforts. Roger, Larsy, his wife of 13 years, and 2 girls, ages 13 and 11, live in Southern Chandler.
